The planet is sending us S.O.S.

For La Pulposa, aligning with the global ecological situation is a key priority. We try to manifest our values in our artistic practice in a real and practical way, and we therefore:

  • Avoid air travel whenever possible.
  • Reuse, recycle, and avoid at all costs buying new products with high environmental impact for our creations.
  • In rehearsal, residency and performance periods, consume mostly organic, local, vegetarian and seasonal products.
  • Advocate for the need for ecological consciousness in both art and all aspects of life.

This means that we cannot always accept all opportunities that are offered to us. However, we hope to set an example through our practice to programmers, festivals and cultural entities, encouraging them to budget, consider and value the more ecological, over the cheaper or more fancy options.
