IMPROMPTU

Impromptuando originated from the need to bring dance to everyday places: parks, squares, streets, markets. Places where there was always part of the audience who wasn’t expecting an intervention of this kind.

With Impromptuando, we had the pleasure of collaborating with various musicians such as: Fabian Hänni, Pietro Montemagni, Dominic Klauser, Azizi Cole.

This project is based on the impromptu research process, from which most of the improvisation and composition tools used emerged.

Error and adaptation — we believe these are things we should work on, both in the artistic/professional sphere, as well as in our day-to-day lives.

Impromptuando is grounded in instant composition and the spontaneous development of scenes creation based on all kinds of themes, allowing it to adapt to different events with diverse thematic focuses.
